Emmanuel joins our team with a history of modern cocktail techniques and multiple cuisine influences. Originally from Philadelphia, Emmanuel has gotten to work under heavy weights in the cocktail industry including, but not limited to, Carlo Bruno, Matthew Allred and Joseph Frederickson. Mostly known for his Japanese inspired cocktail precision , Emmanuel has crafted a menu built around local produce, story telling and literary themes. Taking inspiration from the bright, bold, and colorful menu helmed by head chef tomas, he looks to enhance each dish with a cocktail that is just as visual as the meal itself.
