Victor most recently joins us from Paris where he has worked for over 8 years after being trained at the well known Le Cordon Bleu, Paris and is a gold medalist in culinary arts. 

Victor loves the delicate art of cooking with fresh ingredients in an attractive decadent way mixing and matching flavor profiles to achieves what he envisions to be as delicious for the guest as it is for him. He is passionate about giving the best service experience to guests and believe one can only achieve this with serious commitment to team work and communication.
