After completing a two-year culinary apprenticeship at the prestigious Beachcomber Training Academy in Mauritius, Anoop began a professional journey defined by excellence, discipline, and innovation in the culinary arts.
Throughout the years, Anoop has held key culinary positions at world-renowned establishments including The St. Regis Mauritius Resort, luxury hospitality venues in Doha, and Central Michel Richard, the celebrated James Beard Award-winning restaurant on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington DC. Experience at sea with Princess Cruises and Seabourn Cruise Line further elevated Anoop's culinary standards while working under the influence and guidance of the renowned Thomas Keller Restaurant Group.
