Executive Sous Chef
Driven by her interest of intertwining community and the culinary arts, Chef Maddie creates a unique culinary experience showcased through her cooking. Her passion for cooking was sparked at an early age by her Latin American matriarchs. Participating in her high school culinary program gave her the push needed to embark on a culinary journey at The Culinary Institute of America in New York. Upon graduating in 2017, and under the guidance of accomplished Chef Peter McCall, she was able to step into the world of restaurants.
Throughout her career she has delved into diverse cuisines—from Southern comfort to Korean Cajun Fusion. Even taking on the challenge of being a cooking instructor at Toscana Saporita cooking school in Tuscany, Italy. Where she and the pleasure to learn and teach authentic Italian cuisine. With over five years dedicated to the craft, Chef Maddie's career is rooted in connecting people's diverse cultures and making lasting memories sharing a delicious meal around the dinner table.
